Here are links to lesson plans and activities to go along with the museum’s “Adventure in Time” videos posted on YouTube. There is also information on teacher-issued “Family Pass” which provides free Museum Visits to students and their families through the generosity of the Beach Family Foundation (Sedgwick County students) and the Kansas All-Star Scholars Fund (Sumner County students).

Teacher Issued Family Pass Instructions:

Students and their families may visit the Museum at no charge when a teacher issues a “Family Pass” – teachers simply send an email to the student/family stating the following:

With this request & information: Please admit (students 1st name) and their guests with this Teacher’s Pass. Call in advance to schedule. Museum Hours: T-F 11am – 4pm, S & S 1-5pm, 204 S. Main, Wichita, Kansas 316-265-9314 or tours@wichitahistory.org

 

This email (or a similar form) must be printed out and given to the Museum’s Admissions Staff on arrival; a call to the Museum for reservations is recommended in advance of the visit.
